Ngā Mātāpuna o te Waihora Kahui Ako Learning Support Coordinators (2 positions)

Ngā Mātāpuna o te Waihora Kahui Ako is seeking to appoint 2 teachers to work as Learning Support Coordinators.  Our Kahui Ako schools are Ellesmere College, Dunsandel School, Leeston Consolidated School and Southbridge School.

These positions will commence at the start of the 2020 school year.  The successful candidates will be experienced teachers who are committed to making a difference for the students in our Kahui Ako.  These are new roles that will be developed according to the needs of our students.  There will be professional learning and support available to meet the needs of these roles.  These roles are non-teaching.

The LSC roles will be based as follows

  • 1 LSC Ellesmere College – employed by Ellesmere College.
  • 1 LSC – Leeston Consolidated School (0.6), Southbridge School (0.2) and Dunsandel School (0.2) – employed by Leeston Consolidated School.
