Bounce Back

All classes at Dunsandel School are doing the Bounce Back programme.  The programme provides practical strategies to improve student wellbeing and help students cope with the complexity of their everyday lives.  It teaches them how to ‘bounce back’ when they experience sadness, difficulties, frustrations and challenging times.

Within this programme there are ten units:-

  6. Emotions
  7. Relationships
  8. Humour
  9. Being Safe
  10. Success
